Departure from Kathmandu
The journey begins from Kathmandu (Tribhuvan International Airport)A scenic helicopter flight takes you over lush green hills, deep valleys, and winding rivers. You can witness the beauty of Pokhara, Jomsom, and Kali Gandaki Gorge (the world’s deepest gorge) from above.Aerial Views on the Way Spectacular aerial views of Annapurna (8,091m), Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Nilgiri, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and Tukuche Peak.The Kali Gandaki River, which flows between Annapurna and Dhaulagiri, adds a mesmerizing contrast to the landscape.If the weather is clear, you may also catch a glimpse of Tibetan Plateau landscapes in the distance.
Landing at Muktinath (Approx. 30–60 Minutes Stop)
Upon landing, you will walk a short distance to Muktinath Temple, where you can take a holy bath in the 108 water spouts and visit the Eternal Flame (Jwala Mai Temple). Muktinath is a sacred place where Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims seek salvation. The surrounding Mustang region features unique desert-like landscapes, adding to the surreal beauty.
Return Flight to Kathmandu
After the darshan (worship) and a brief exploration, the helicopter departs back. You will once again witness the breathtaking Himalayan scenery before landing.
